Hobbits!

This is my first blog entry, but I'm going to just jump right in because I actually have something cool to share with the world: Hobbits!  Or halflings, here in Norrath, I guess.  The word "hobbit" must be copyrighted, or trademarked or something.  I have no idea how the legal world works so I don't know which word to use there.  Compared to the experiences of a Tier'Dal Priestess of Hate, the corporate/legal world must be pretty bleak.  But yeah.  Halflings!

I was getting pretty bored of leveling on Faydwer, so I made the decision to obtain my Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk, a magical symbol of our Lord and Savior.  It was a pretty simple matter to obtain for a seasoned cleric such as myself, but I had a lot of fun anyway!  After killing tons of halflings and stuff I got a supercool mask that turned me into one (a halfling)!  This was so I could go all undercover and whatever to trick some silly hobbit into giving me top secret information about their cult practices, but that's kind of boring so here are some pictures of me as a halfling:

Still sexy, no matter how cross-eyed or chubby I may be!  Here I am as myself, for reference:

I can totally see myself doing this quest a bunch just so I can turn into a halfling every now and again to keep things interesting :P

So anyway I ran back to Neriak on official "Spurned" business, and you would so not believe what I found!

That's right: a fabled halfling paladin, as depicted in ancient lore!  The knight's appearance has been altered, to protect his/her identity from envious killjoys and the nefarious "server devs" who took away our compasses out of sadistic malice.

To come across such an oddity really made my evening; I love halflings!  And though I had just finished committing something akin to genocide of his/her people, we had a friendly chat and I can safely say that this is one halfling worth knowing.  I know it's somewhat silly to wish to be born as something other than what you are, but if I could be anything but a lovely Tier'Dal Priestess, it would be a Holy Knight of Rivervale.

Well that's it for this entry.  As always: you stay classy, Neriak! <33
